Can I delete my uploaded ZIP file after the repair?

Yes. You can permanently delete your uploaded ZIP file once the repair is complete.

Is my ZIP file secure?

Yes. Your ZIP file is securely uploaded and stored while it is being processed. It is only used to perform the repair.

How long are my uploaded ZIP files kept?

Unpaid repairs are automatically deleted after 15 days. Purchased repairs are retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can also permanently delete your uploaded ZIP file at any time after the repair is complete.
